Fed. government invests in protected areas in P.E.I.

The federal government announces investment of over $1.4 million to the Prince Edward Island government to help conserve approximately 4,400 hectares of high-priority areas and habitats, including the province’s forests and wetlands, and to expand upon existing protected areas and establish new conserved areas in the province.
